I've always been drawn to the quieter weddings. The ones where the guest list is short, the location is somewhere that means something, and the day belongs entirely to the couple. Over fifteen years I've photographed weddings in Hawaii, Lebanon, Portugal, Italy and beyond — intimate celebrations where the travel and the experience were as important as the ceremony itself.
An elopement is the natural extension of that. Just the two of you — or a handful of the people who matter most — somewhere in the world you've chosen together. No timeline dictated by a venue, no performance for a crowd. A day, or a few days, that is completely yours.
I'll travel to wherever you're going. I'll work quietly alongside you — through the morning, the ceremony, the meal, the walk afterwards — and photograph everything that actually happens. That's always been how I work. Elopements are simply where that approach makes the most sense.
